Privacy
Privacy policy.
Effective 1 November 2026. This policy explains what information Unity Design collects, how we use it and how to contact us about it.
What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you send: your business name, your name, your email address, a link to your website or Google listing if you include one, and your message. Contact form messages are stored securely with our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
When you pay, Stripe processes the payment. We receive your name, email and payment confirmation, but never your full card details. If you choose Afterpay or Zip, that provider handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Preview pages
If we've built a preview for your business, it sits on a private link that isn't listed on search engines and only shows publicly available details about your business. We count how often each preview link is opened, recording the number of opens and the time of each. If you tap "Not for us" on a preview, we record that so we don't follow up. We don't record IP addresses or use cookies for this.
How we use it
To reply to you, build and look after your website, process payments and keep records. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.
Service providers
- Cloudflare, to host our website, the websites we build, and contact form messages.
- Google Workspace, for email.
- Stripe, for payments, along with Afterpay or Zip if you choose them.
Some of these providers may store information outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to reply to you, provide our services and meet our record-keeping obligations. Previews are removed after 21 days or once you pay.
Access and correction
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
Questions or complaints
Contact us first at [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
